PCB Assembly

PCB Assembly for Every Stage of Your Product Journey

PCB Assembly (PCBA) is the process of mounting and soldering electronic components onto a bare printed circuit board (PCB) to create a fully functional electronic circuit. A PCB itself is a flat, insulating board (typically made from fiberglass or composite epoxy) that has copper traces etched onto its surface. These traces act as electrical pathways to connect various components, enabling the flow of electricity and signals across the board.

The assembly process typically involves several key steps:

  • Solder Paste Application – Solder paste is applied to the pads on the PCB where components will be placed.
  • Pick and Place – Surface-mount devices (SMDs) are placed onto the board using automated machines.
  • Reflow Soldering – The board is passed through a reflow oven, melting the solder paste and securing the components in place.
  • Inspection – Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) or X-ray inspection ensures proper placement and soldering.
  • Through -Hole Component Insertion (if needed) – For components not suited to surface mounting, manual or wave soldering is used.
  • Testing – Functional testing is performed to verify the board works as intended.

Electrowynk is a company based in Noida, Delhi NCR, which specializes in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS). They are known for providing PCB assembly services, which is a crucial step in the production of any electronic device.

Electrowynk also offers other services beyond PCB assembly, including custom electronics product assembly for various items like Chargers, Adapters, Power Bank, Extension Boards, CCTV Power Supplies, POE Switches, Ethernet Switches, Desktop Adapters etc. They cater to a range of clients, from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) to brands.

YG200 SMT MACHINE

SMTLINK is an expert in machine selection and location of SMT YAMAHA, we have our professional technique appointed to support your business. The second-hand Yamaha YG200 placement machine is usually about 2005-2009-year equipment, the frame is cast once to ensure strength and stability, windows operating system, 4 heads 24 placement nozzles, 6 nozzles on per head, 2 pieces can be attached at a time the PCB, dual-axis and double-screw drive ensure high-speed, long-term, high-load and high-precision production. The five types of material racks can be equivalent to all tape components, realizing the intelligence of the tape rack.

SEMI AUTOMATIC PRINTER

Semi-automatic soldering paste printer high precise semi-automatically solder tin printing machine designed with high-quality speed control motor and linear guide rail and other precision accessories assembled, so that the scraper head printing smoother. Double-scrapers printing pressure can be adjusted by the up/down cylinder throttle valve, the lifting speed can adjust effectively avoid resonance. The printing head can be turned up 45o and fixed lock, convenient scraper loading and unloading and steel mesh cleaning, easy to operate the solder paste printer.

SMD-REEL COUNTER

SMD counter machine is usually used to count electronics components for short and longtime. That is widely used in electronic factories. But to count the exact SMD reel components capacity is the desire of every factory in a more reliable way.
• High Speed.
• Cost-effective.
• AC220V/110V Option.
• Capability:5000pcs/10s.the best

SHRINK WRAP

A shrink wrap machine is a device used to tightly wrap a product in a plastic film that shrinks when heat is applied. This process protects and secures items for packaging, shipping, or retail display.

VITRONICS REFLOW OVEN-10 ZONE

Vitronics (now Vitronics Soltec) is a well known manufacturer of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) equipment, especially reflow soldering ovens. These ovens are used in electronics manufacturing to reflow solder paste on printed circuit boards (PCBs). The board is heated through several temperature zones (preheat, soak, reflow, cooling) to properly melt the solder and form solder joints. Some ovens support lead free soldering (higher peak temperatures), air or nitrogen (inert) atmospheres, conveyorized zones, flux / exhaust/gas management, etc.

WAVE SOLDERING

A wave soldering machine is used in electronics manufacturing to solder through hole components (and sometimes bottom side components on mixed technology boards) by passing the PCB over a “wave” or “pool” of molten solder. The solder wets the leads protruding through holes and the PCB pads to form electrical and mechanical connections.

Linking Conveyer Machines

Linking Conveyor is used in the SMT line to connect SMD machines effectively through SMEMA interface, it has visual inspection, manual assembly and PCB buffering functions.
